    Weekly coached sessions in a small group, two simple run / walks to follow in your own time, WhatsApp support, and a celebration 5k in Week 10.

    Weekly personalised plans and accountability from anywhere.

    Perfect for beginners, improvers or runners wanting more structure, motivation and support.

  • 1:1 Beginner Coaching (in Person)

    Personal, confidence building coaching for anyone who prefers a calmer, quieter start.

    We meet for 45 minutes, explore pacing and breathing together, and create a simple weekly plan that meets you exactly where you are.
